Project Title: Social Engineering Attacks
Audience: Sales department Employees at SwiftCom
Business Problem: SwiftCom is vulnerable to social engineering attacks due to the sales department's inability to recognize and detect social engineering attacks in their daily business activities.
Solution: The goal is for SwiftCom to remain secure against social engineering attacks, ensuring the protection of company information and servers from compromise.
Highlights: branching scenario, interactions (accordion, click-to-reveal, drag and drop), custom buttons, motion paths, layers, states, triggers, hot spots, avatars, voiceover audio, knowledge checks, and scenario-based final quiz
Process: In developing this course, a comprehensive needs analysis was conducted in collaboration with a subject matter expert to identify the business problem, target audience, content requirements, and proposed solution. Subsequently, I meticulously designed the training by creating a Design Document, offering a high-level outline of the course structure. Following this, I crafted a Storyboard to meticulously plan the visual and interactive elements of the training. Utilizing Articulate Storyline, I then proceeded to develop the course, ensuring seamless integration of instructional elements. To gauge learner comprehension, I integrated Kirkpatrick's Level 2 assessments, including ungraded knowledge checks and a graded scenario-based quiz. Moreover, learners will undergo further evaluation through a simulated social engineering attack three months post-training, aligning with Kirkpatrick's Level 3 assessment criteria.

Process: In developing this course, I applied a systematic approach grounded in adult learning theory. Collaborating with a subject matter expert, we meticulously analyzed the business problem, target audience, content, and proposed solution. Subsequently, I crafted a Design Document to provide a high-level overview of the course structure. Concurrently, I composed a Storyboard, focusing specifically on the visual and interactive elements. Utilizing Articulate Rise, I then proceeded to develop the training, ensuring alignment with our design blueprint. To assess learner understanding effectively, I incorporated Kirkpatrick's Level 2 assessments, including ungraded knowledge checks and a graded scenario-based quiz. Additionally, the course encompasses Kirkpatrick's Level 3 assessment, featuring a post-implementation survey distributed to customers after two months of health and safety protocol implementation.
